Workshop: In Motion Meditation
In Motion Meditation is a creative practice that combines elements of meditation and dance. It is about connecting with your body and mind through movement to achieve a state of mindfulness and inner calm. Here are some key features:
1. Mindfulness : The practice promotes presence in the moment by focusing attention on the movements of the body, breath and sensations.
2. Free movement : Unlike structured dance forms, In Motion Meditation is often based on free, intuitive dancing. Participants can move at their own pace and feeling.

4. Meditative state : Through the combination of music, movement and mindfulness, a trance-like state can be achieved that leads to relaxation and inner clarity.
